JEMB Realty, a long-standing client of Olshan Frome Wolosky LLP, has secured a $300 million refinancing package for the Herald Center, a prominent mixed-use property in New York that houses H&M's largest flagship store and a forthcoming Yeshiva University campus. This intricate transaction involved refinancing existing debt and an equity commitment. It was led by Olshan's Co-Managing Partner and Co-Chair of the Real Estate Law Practice, Nina M.
