Jean Deshayes Elevated to Investment Lead at NCI Gestion's Rouen Office

NCI Gestion, a private equity firm, has announced three significant internal promotions in its Rouen office. Jean Deshayes, an alumnus of EM Lyon who joined NCI in 2020, has been promoted to the role of Responsable d’Investissement. In this position, he will continue to leverage his expertise in managing ambitious projects alongside company leaders. Having previously participated in a range of operations, Deshayes is recognized for his ability to structure complex deals. Thibault Varin, a graduate of Grenoble École de Management and part of NCI since 2018, has been promoted to Responsable du Développement. Varin has been instrumental in strategic and operational development for portfolio companies and will now expand his role to aid NCI's strategic development and fund structuring. Lastly, Melvin Cournot, a NEOMA Business School graduate who joined NCI in 2024, has been appointed as Chargé de Reporting. Cournot will be responsible for producing, controlling, and continuously improving the reporting for the fund's subscribers. These strategic promotions are aimed at reinforcing NCI's growth and operational excellence, leveraging the skills and leadership of its internal talent.
