Jaywing Acquired by FinTech Group Stubben Edge after Strategic Review

Jaywing, a data and marketing agency headquartered in Sheffield, has been acquired by London-based FinTech group Stubben Edge. This acquisition follows Jaywing's decision not to pursue a sale last year despite exploring potential buyers and undergoing a management reshuffle. Previously listed on London's AIM market, Jaywing has now delisted and expects significant growth synergy with Stubben Edge. Catherine Kelly, Jaywing's Managing Director, emphasized the deal's potential to enhance their data science and AI capabilities, thereby benefitting clients. Stubben Edge, established in 2018, sees Jaywing’s expertise as complementary to its own operations, particularly for delivering innovative and integrated solutions. The acquisition is indicative of an expansive growth strategy for both companies within digital marketing and financial services.
