JAS Completes Acquisition of IAA to Enhance Global Logistics Network

JAS Worldwide, an international leader in logistics and supply chain solutions, has completed the acquisition of International Airfreight Associates B.V. (IAA), a specialized provider of freight services, headquartered in the Netherlands. This follows the Share Purchase Agreement signed in December 2024, marking the official integration of IAA into JAS's network. JAS CEO Marco Rebuffi highlighted that this acquisition strengthens JAS's global logistics portfolio, particularly benefiting the time-sensitive perishable goods sector. IAA, renowned as a top IATA forwarder at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, contributes its expertise in handling time-sensitive shipments of fresh goods and live animals, alongside general freight forwarding. The acquisition expands JAS's presence in the European logistics market and beyond, enhancing its customer value proposition through a comprehensive service offering and an extensive global network.
