VIC Group, a prominent force in premium passenger transport founded in 2008, operates across France with 400 vehicles and 800 employees. This strategic acquisition aims to fortify VIC's transport network and expand their vehicle fleet, enhancing service offerings in response to market demands. The acquisition ensures job security for 35 employees at Jacqueson Autocars and retains over 80% of jobs at Jacqueson Tourisme. Legal advisory was provided by Osborne Clarke, with partners including Nassim Ghalimi. Additional judicial roles were held by Stphane Vermue as court-appointed administrator and Bruno Raulet as creditors' representative.
