Isem Packaging Group Completes Acquisition of Spanish EGISA

In a notable European industrial integration, Isem Packaging Group, a leading producer and marketer of secondary packaging across various sectors, including perfumery, cosmetics, and fashion, has successfully acquired the Spanish company Envase Gráfico Industrial (EGISA). The transaction was facilitated by the Milan-based law firm Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici, which provided legal counsel on M&A and corporate law matters through partners Guidomaria Brambilla and Daniele Rabitti, along with banking and finance expertise by Andrea Limongelli and Luca Coppola. Isem Packaging Group, backed by the private equity firm Peninsula, sought additional Spanish legal support from Pérez-Llorca, while the sellers were advised by Bufete Castilla. This acquisition bolsters Isem's presence in the secondary packaging market in Europe, particularly in the production of high-quality packaging for luxury perfumery and cosmetics.
