ISAI and Capgemini Launch ISAI Cap Venture II for Global B2B Startups

Private equity firm ISAI and technology consultancy Capgemini have announced the launch of ISAI Cap Venture II, an €80 million venture capital fund aimed at supporting high-potential B2B startups and scale-ups globally. Building on the success of ISAI Cap Venture I, the new fund will make minority investments between €1 million and €5 million in mature companies from Series A to Growth stages, focusing primarily on Europe and the United States. The collaboration seeks to integrate ISAI's venture capital expertise with Capgemini's ability to generate business synergies within its vast ecosystem. Over the years, ISAI Cap Venture I has developed a diverse international portfolio, co-investing alongside renowned venture capital funds in startups such as Alation, Zelros, and Copado. The investments align with Capgemini's strategic priorities, advancing its sectoral offerings and enhancing relationships with technology partners. ISAI's partnership model aims to leverage corporate synergies to accelerate startup growth while maintaining flexibility. Capgemini Ventures continues to expand its influence in the VC ecosystem, and ISAI has raised over €240 million backed by corporate partners like Capgemini, reinforcing its leadership in corporate venture capital.
