Addleshaw Goddard has successfully advised French real estate investment trust (REIT), Iroko Zen, on its acquisition of Parque Guadaíra, a sizable commercial space located in Seville, Spain. The property was purchased from Principal for over €26 million. Accompanying this acquisition, Iroko Zen aims to enhance its retail and food sector presence by diversifying its commercial offerings. Parque Guadaíra spans 32,200 square meters and houses over 17 brands across different sectors.
