The transaction was completed after meeting regulatory requirements, including personnel consultations in France and competition authority approvals. This acquisition strengthens Ipsos' position in France and expands its influence in the UK and Italy, leveraging BVA's expertise in customer experience tracking, behavioral analysis, and governmental studies.
