Investika Real Estate Fund has completed the acquisition of the Anglicke Nabrezi U Zvonu development project in Pilsen, advised by Reals. The transaction was made from private sellers who were advised by Krivanek Tomasek and Andrs and Haloun. Investika, the Czech Republic and Slovakia's largest non-bank real estate fund, boasts over CZK 20 billion in assets and aims for a target annual return of 46%. The acquired project in Pilsen is a modern development comprising more than 200 residential units and around 2,800 square meters of commercial office and retail space.
