Investika Acquires Polish Logistics Portfolio with Linklaters' Aid

Investika Real Estate Fund, in collaboration with Bud Holdings, has successfully acquired a significant logistics portfolio in Poland from real estate developer 7R. The acquisition encompasses five logistics parks covering a space of 212,500 square meters. Linklaters played a key advisory role in the transaction on behalf of the purchasers, while 7R enlisted the services of A&O Shearman. As a major non-bank real estate fund in the Czech and Slovak regions, Investika continues to expand its footprint in the commercial real estate sector. The transaction underscores the strategic importance of logistics hubs in the CEE region, particularly in Poland, for portfolio diversification and growth. The logistics parks include 7R Park Bydgoszcz I, 7R City Park Gdansk Airport I, 7R City Flex Krakow Airport I, 7R Park Kielce, and 7R City Park Poznan West.
