Investcorp has announced the sale of its majority stake in Contentserv, a German-based provider of AI-driven Product Information Management and Product Experience Management solutions, to Centric Software, which is a subsidiary of Dassault Systèmes. Contentserv, which helps businesses create and manage product content to optimize consumer experiences across digital sales channels, has seen its recurring revenues grow sixfold under Investcorp's ownership. Since its acquisition in 2019, Contentserv has expanded its customer base to over 1,600 clients in 90 countries and acquired French company Shoppingfeed to strengthen its European presence. This transaction is expected to be finalized by the end of Q1 2025, contingent upon regulatory approvals.
