Travers Smith LLP has provided legal counsel to Invesco Real Estate on developing a joint venture named Space Industrial alongside Marchmont Investment Management. This strategic partnership aims to establish a £500 million multi-let industrial property portfolio within the UK. Invesco Real Estate, a prominent global real estate investment manager, has joined forces with Marchmont to acquire, manage, and enhance under-rented multi-let industrial estates in strategic last-mile locations near major urban hubs.
