Intrakat Expands with EUR 600 Million Acquisition from Prodea Investments

Papapolitis & Papapolitis, a prominent Greek law firm, has facilitated a significant transaction for Intrakat, a major construction sector entity, set to rebrand as Aktor Group of Companies. Intrakat has acquired a substantial real estate portfolio from Prodea Investments, a real estate investment company listed on the Athens Stock Exchange, for a total sum of EUR 600 million. This strategic acquisition is pivotal for Intrakat as it ventures into enhancing its footprint within the real estate sector alongside its established presence in infrastructure and construction. The transaction was spearheaded by Nicholas Papapolitis, Managing Partner of Papapolitis & Papapolitis, in collaboration with Partner Elena Papachristou. Despite attempts to obtain further insight, Papapolitis & Papapolitis was unavailable for comment.
