Intersport ISI, a sports equipment retailer based in Slovenia and controlled by private equity firm Enterprise Investors, has exited the Serbian market through the sale of its retail stores. This strategic divestment involved legal advice from Sibincic, Novak & Partners and Doklestic, Repic & Gajin for the seller, and Mrakovic, Markovic & Partners for the buyer, N Sport. While Intersport has sold its Serbian stores, the brand will remain active in the country under N Sport's ownership of the retail outlets.
