Interpath Holding, a consultancy firm, has acquired the Kerkhoff Group, which includes its Austrian subsidiary Kerkhoff Consulting. E+H collaborated with Clifford Chance to advise Interpath on this acquisition, while Poellath represented the shareholders of the Kerkhoff Group. The deal allows Interpath to solidify its presence in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, while gaining access to Kerkhoff's extensive expertise in purchasing and supply chain management. All 60 employees of the Kerkhoff Group will transition to Interpath as part of the integration process, which aims to bolster Interpath's service offerings and expand its market reach internationally.
