Interparfums to Acquire Goutal Brand

Interparfums, Inc. has announced the acquisition of all worldwide intellectual property rights for the Goutal brand from Amorepacific Europe. As part of the arrangement, Amorepacific Europe will continue to operate the Goutal brand temporarily under a license agreement. Interparfums SA, a subsidiary of Interparfums, Inc., will take over operations in 2026 alongside the licensee. The Goutal brand was founded by Annick Goutal in 1981 and is recognized for its high-end fragrances. The brand is known for using natural materials and offering a wide range of products. Annual sales have reached $10 to $12 million. Camille Goutal will continue to play a role in fragrance development, maintaining the legacy established by her mother. The acquisition aligns with Interparfums' strategy to expand its high-end fragrance offerings.
