This initial close has surpassed the target, enlisting commitments from significant international players such as the European Investment Fund, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and the International Finance Corporation, in addition to several family offices. Integral operates through its primary offices in Budapest and Belgrade, with satellite offices in London, Bratislava, Bucharest, and Sofia. Fund II focuses on Central, South-East Europe, and the Adria region, targeting medium and small companies in consumer, technology/media/telecom, healthcare, niche industrials, and business services sectors. Moreover, Integral emphasizes ESG aspects and sustainable investing, promising future compliance with SFDR Article 8.
