UAE-based Inovartic Investments and Vietnam-based Brikyland Technologies have entered into a joint venture to develop a fractional investment and tokenization platform for real estate in the UAE. Utilizing blockchain technology and smart contracts, the collaboration aims to facilitate fractional ownership in the real estate sector via a dedicated website and application. Announced at the UAE-Vietnam Business Forum at Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce, the initiative is intended to align with the UAE's digital economy goals, as stated by Saif Aldarkmaki, co-founder of Inovartic. According to a report by Arabian Business, the fractional ownership and tokenization market are expected to generate over $16 billion in the UAE, with 7% of property transactions being tokenized by 2033.
