Inocsa Secures €2,277 Million Financing for GCO Takeover Bid

Inocsa has successfully secured approximately €2,277 million in financing for its voluntary takeover bid to acquire the 37.97% of Grupo Catalana Occidente it doesn't yet own. The financing arrangement, initially announced by CaixaBank as the sole bookrunner and underwriter, includes contributions from major financial institutions such as Banco Santander, Bankinter, BBVA, and BNP Paribas. Legal and financial advisory services were provided by Cuatrecasas, whose team included partner Manuel Follia and lawyers Iigo Vrez and Antonio Ridao, along with the Equity Capital Markets team led by Gerard Correig and Roger Freixes.
