Rymarz Zdort Maruta and Linklaters Law Firms advised on this deal. ProService Finteco, a company providing technology-driven fund management solutions, previously had its ownership with funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management and Cornerstone Investment Management. IFDS, based in Poland, specializes in depositary and brokerage services for closed investment funds. The acquisition underlines Innova Capital's strategic push to fortify its investment portfolio in Central and Eastern Europe. Rymarz Zdort Maruta's team, led by several partners and associates, and Linklaters' team with a blend of Warsaw, London, and Luxembourg staff were instrumental in facilitating this acquisition. Previously, in 2021, Rymarz Zdort had assisted with financing for ProService Finteco's acquisition of Moventum.
