Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. III Launches IPO with White & Case Support

Global law firm White & Case LLP has successfully advised Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. III on its $253 million initial public offering (IPO). The IPO was comprised of 25.3 million units priced at $10.00 per unit and has been listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol IPCXU. Each unit includes one Class A ordinary share and a right to receive one-tenth of an additional Class A share upon the company's first business combination. Notably, this offering did not include any warrants issued either publicly or privately. This marks the third acquisition vehicle brought to market by the Inflection Point team, with White & Case playing an advisory role each time. The White & Case deal team was led by Capital Markets partner Joel Rubinstein along with associates Russell Deutsch and Kyra Luck, and tax guidance was provided by partners Steven Gee and Adriana Zhan, all based in New York.
