Indotek Group Sells Bokserska Office Center to Enter Air

Indotek Group, a Budapest-based pan-European real estate investment firm, has successfully sold its Bokserska Office Center located in Mokotow, Warsaw, to Enter Air, a Polish charter airline. Legal advice for the transaction was provided by Greenberg Traurig for the seller and DWF for the buyer. The office center, originally developed by Ghelamco Poland in 2001, features six floors of office space and a total of approximately 6,600 square meters of net leasable area. The property also includes 164 surface parking spaces and 18 underground parking spaces. This acquisition is part of Enter Air's strategic expansion in Poland, with the office's proximity to Warsaw Chopin Airport and its high standard being significant factors in the company's decision.
