Imperial Advisory Expands Reach with Acquisition of CFO4VETS

Imperial Advisory, a fractional CFO and advisory firm, has acquired CFO4VETS, a company specializing in CFO services for veteran-owned businesses. As of July 1, 2025, CFO4VETS will operate as a subsidiary of Imperial Advisory, focused on providing financial expertise to the veteran community. This strategic acquisition aligns with Imperial's mission to enhance financial operations for small and mid-sized businesses. Founded by Scott Chesson, CFO4VETS offers diverse corporate finance services like cash flow optimization and valuation, specifically aiding veteran-owned small businesses. Chesson has opted for retirement, passing leadership to Brittney Taylor and Gershon Morgulis from Imperial Advisory. Imperial Advisory, established in 2014, will continue its legacy by channeling their CFO experience towards empowering veteran entrepreneurs. Taylor and Morgulis, both of whom have a military background, will lead the new subsidiary, emphasizing the importance of veterans supporting veterans in business endeavors.
