Impact Bridge Unveils 170 Million Euro Agrifood Fund

Impact Bridge Asset Management, advised by the law firm Addleshaw Goddard, has launched a new investment vehicle called IB Sustainable Agrifood Fund I Innvierte. The fund aims to raise up to 170 million euros to promote sustainable practices within the agricultural and food sectors in Spain. The fund's strategy focuses on social impact, environmental improvement, and enhancing competitiveness among SMEs, midcaps, and growing midcap businesses. To achieve these goals, the fund will implement short and long-term incentive plans for company management and tie executive variable remuneration to specific impact objectives. The advisory team from Addleshaw Goddard was led by managing partner Isabel Rodríguez, supported by associates Gonzalo Lozano and Nemesio Fernández. Impact Bridge, founded in 2018, is committed to quality impact investing and had been previously advised by Addleshaw Goddard on another significant fund, IB Debt Impact Spain.
