ImmoWelt Strengthens Portfolio with Acquisition of NutzungsDauer.com and KaufPreis-AufTeilung.com

ImmoWelt, Germany's second-largest real estate marketplace and part of the Aviv Group, has announced the acquisition of majority stakes in two proptech companies, NutzungsDauer.com and KaufPreis-AufTeilung.com, from Dimbeg GmbH. The acquisitions aim to enhance ImmoWelt's service offerings in real estate valuation and tax depreciation optimization for landlords and property buyers. NutzungsDauer.com, launched in 2017, has evaluated over 50,000 buildings, thus demonstrating strong growth and potential. Both companies will continue operations with their existing employees and management teams post-acquisition, reportedly to enhance collaboration and service integration within the ImmoWelt platform. The transaction is expected to further boost ImmoWelt's capabilities in delivering professional valuation services across Germany, ultimately securing and optimizing property value and cash flow for landlords. Additionally, with the backing of Aviv Group, which is mainly owned by KKR and CPP Investments, and partly by Axel Springer, ImmoWelt receives significant strategic support allowing for further expansion within the real estate sector.
