Imagine Human's Global QHSE Expansion with Saphir Consult Acquisition

Imagine Human, a Lyon-based technology group focused on Health, Safety, and Quality of Life at Work, has acquired Saphir Consult's Qualipro solution with the support of Extens, a European software investor dedicated to healthcare. Founded in 2019, Imagine Human aims to address economic, social, and environmental challenges through innovative digital solutions for private and public organizations. The acquisition of Qualipro, a management software for Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental certifications, positions Imagine Human as a major international player in the QHSE segment, offering solutions in 40 countries. This move aligns with Extens' value-creation strategy, marking the fifth add-on for its Extens III fund and the first acquisition outside of France. The transaction follows the acquisition of a company in the Netherlands and signifies an important step in Extens' geographic expansion plan.
