Iki Lietuva Acquires LastMile from UAB Startcap

Iki Lietuva, a Lithuanian supermarket chain operated by Palink, has completed its acquisition of LastMile, an online grocery retail platform, from UAB Startcap. This move solidifies Iki Lietuva's position in the food delivery market by gaining full ownership of LastMile. The legal advisory for this acquisition was performed by Walless, a leading law firm. Previously, in 2021, Walless had also advised Iki Lietuva on acquiring an initial 67% interest in LastMile. TGS Baltic provided advisory services to UAB Startcap. The acquisition involved a comprehensive team from Walless, including Managing Partner Dovile Burgiene and several partners and associates.
