Ignite Visibility, a digital marketing services firm backed by Mountaingate Capital, has completed its acquisition of Rallio, a social media, listings, and reputation management platform. This transaction marks the third acquisition made by Ignite Visibility since partnering with Mountaingate Capital in February 2023. The legal advice for the transaction was provided by Morrison & Foerster LLP, with a team led by Denver corporate partner Tyler Sewell. Associates Patrick Reintjes and Dylan Moore, and Los Angeles tax partner Dave Sturgeon were also involved in providing support.
