ID Label Inc. Seals Deal with River Associates

ID Label Inc., a prominent manufacturer of variable information barcode labels and warehouse signage, has been sold to River Associates Investments with Mesirow Financial serving as the exclusive financial advisor. Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Lake Villa, Illinois, ID Label offers an array of services, including design engineering, production, signage, and installation across diverse sectors such as warehousing, supply chain, and manufacturing. Mesirow, with its robust expertise and network within the packaging and label industry, has successfully facilitated this transaction, marking its eleventh packaging deal in the last year and its ninth label transaction over three years. The advisory firm is recognized as a leading entity in the packaging industry, having concluded over 220 deals in the past 25 years. Neil Johnston, the founder of ID Label, acknowledged Mesirow's significant role in identifying River Associates as an ideal strategic partner to support ID Label's long-term growth aspirations. Mesirow's representatives, Jeff Golman and Melanie Yermack, highlighted the continued investor interest in the label industry and expressed confidence that the acquisition aligns with River Associates' growth objectives.
