HYLENR Secures $3 Million Pre-Series A Funding to Advance LENR Commercialization

HYLENR, a Hyderabad-based clean energy startup, has successfully raised a Pre-Series A funding round of $3 million to accelerate the commercialization of its low-energy nuclear reaction (LENR) systems. The funding round was led by Valour Capital and Chhattisgarh Investments Limited, with participation from individual investors Karthik Sundar Iyer and Anant Sarda. HYLENR's LENR technology aims to revolutionize thermal and power generation by providing scalable, carbon-free heat energy systems for industrial use. The funds will enable HYLENR to transition from the pilot phase to market launch rapidly. The company has patented two key aspects of its LENR systems and demonstrated unprecedented energy generation rates from recent tests. PwC served as the transaction advisor, and Samvad Partners acted as the legal advisor. As part of its growth strategy, HYLENR plans to expand production and its global presence, focusing on the US, Europe, India, and Japan. Moreover, a subsequent funding round of $25 million is being pursued to enhance R&D, engineering, and international partnerships.
