HumanForce Expands with LiveHire Acquisition

HumanForce, an Australia-based provider of human capital management services, has announced the completion of its acquisition of LiveHire for AUD17.2 million. LiveHire is known for its recruitment and talent-pooling services. This marks HumanForce's fourth acquisition within two years, reflecting its strategy of enhancing its HCM suite to include workforce management, HR, payroll, and wellbeing services. The newly expanded suite will provide businesses with enhanced abilities to manage talent across diverse workforce pools such as internal, contingent, and gig workers. The acquisition is part of HumanForce's mission to improve workforce management for frontline and flexible workforces, leveraging LiveHire's AI-powered solutions to optimize hiring processes and improve labor market adaptability. Founded in 2002, HumanForce supports various industries including healthcare, retail, and local government, operating in several countries. The deal is backed by Accel-KKR, and no job impacts have been reported as yet.
