Horus Finance Expands With Andera Partners' Investment

Horus Finance, a globally renowned art logistics and storage company, has announced that Andera Partners has acquired a minority stake in its Fine Arts division through its MidCap 5 fund. The investment is designed to support Horus Finance's ambitious growth strategies, particularly in international markets. The Fine Arts division, historically rooted in prestigious brands, offers comprehensive services including transportation, storage, and conservation. With 17 subsidiaries across regions like France, Switzerland, and Asia, and generating a turnover of around 225 million euros, the division is poised for further expansion. Andera Partners' involvement aligns with its strategy of supporting leading groups aiming for accelerated growth through international acquisitions. A new financing line with Pemberton Asset Management will further aid future acquisition efforts. The Da Costa Noble family and management team at Horus will retain majority ownership while focusing on enhancing service offerings and diversifying client bases.
