Hohler Joins Thouvenin Partnership

Simon Hohler has become a partner at Thouvenin, a Swiss law firm, effective January 1, 2025. Over his eight years at the firm, Hohler has developed a specialization in arbitration and commercial disputes before state courts, where he often serves as an arbitrator. His practice is concentrated in areas such as commercial disputes, contract law, torts, insurance law, and disputes related to mergers and acquisitions. Hohler has extensive experience handling institutional arbitration with notable bodies like the Swiss Arbitration Centre, ICC, CAS, and HKIAC. He holds a law degree along with an LL.M. in International Business Regulation, Litigation, and Arbitration from New York University School of Law and has completed further qualifications from the Swiss Arbitration Academy and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
