Hogan Lovells, a renowned international law firm, has provided comprehensive legal assistance to Invitalia, Italy's national agency for inward investment and economic development, in an investment transaction involving Tecnomeccanica Crevalcore. Tecnomeccanica Crevalcore specializes in aluminum die-casting components production, primarily catering to the lighting and automotive sectors. As a part of their role, Hogan Lovells guided Invitalia through each phase of the investment process, tackling all corporate and contractual aspects of the deal with a team led by Patrizio Messina and Paola Barometro.
