Hildebrandt & Brandi Joins Eraneos in Major Nordic Expansion

Eraneos, a pan-European consultancy firm, has acquired Danish management consultancy Hildebrandt & Brandi, marking its entry into the Nordic market. The deal bolsters Eraneos' presence in Europe, with H&B bringing around 80 consultants and strong sector expertise in energy, utilities, and financial services. Founded in 2004, H&B is well-regarded in Denmark for its strategic insights and business transformation capabilities. The merger is part of Eraneos' strategic expansion strategy aimed at enhancing its services in strategy, transformation, and technology. Eraneos, which emerged from a merger in 2021, now operates with over 1,200 staff across nine countries. This acquisition follows Eraneos' recent expansions in Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Germany. The merger offers both firms expanded digital solutions and increased international reach, with a focus on providing clients with comprehensive transformation services. H&B's co-founder, Sren Brandi, emphasized the increased client offerings and the professional growth opportunities for H&B's consultants as key benefits of the merger.
