HealthCap Distributes BONESUPPORT Shares to Investors

HealthCap V, a venture capital fund part of the HealthCap group, has announced the distribution of all its shares in BONESUPPORT to its limited partners and general partner as part of a planned liquidation of the fund. Prior to the distribution, HealthCap V held approximately 2.6 million shares, representing about 4% of the shares and votes in BONESUPPORT. The shares will be distributed to various Swedish and non-Swedish institutional investors. Dr. Bjrn Odlander, a board member of BONESUPPORT and Managing Partner at HealthCap, stated that HealthCap was an early investor in BONESUPPORT and has been a significant part of its journey since 2006. Despite the liquidation, Dr. Odlander intends to remain on BONESUPPORT's board of directors.
