H&M Inks Solar Energy Deal to Power Polish Operations

DLA Piper has advised the H&M Group on entering a long-term corporate power purchase agreement with R.Power to acquire 50 gigawatt-hours of solar-generated electricity annually, a significant step in H&M's sustainability agenda.
