Hammans Electric Joins Pinnacle MEP Under Blue Point's Expansion Plan

Blue Point Capital Partners, a private equity firm managing over $1.8 billion in committed capital, and its portfolio company Pinnacle MEP announced their strategic acquisition of Hammans Electric, Inc. Based in Indianapolis, Hammans Electric is a well-established electrical contractor with over 30 years of experience. The acquisition marks the second transaction for the Pinnacle platform in partnership with Blue Point since their initial investment last year, and the fifth Indianapolis-based add-on overall, bringing the total number of investments to 17 across the greater Midwest. Mike Hammans, President of Hammans Electric, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, highlighting the alignment of the companies' values and the growth opportunities it presents. Pinnacle MEP, dedicated to empowering HVACR, electrical, and plumbing companies, continues to expand through targeted M&A strategies.
