Halma plc, a global technology company focused on life-saving solutions, has completed the acquisition of Lamidey Noury Medical, a French manufacturer of electrosurgical devices, for £42 million. This acquisition marks a strategic expansion into advanced minimally invasive surgical products for Halma's healthcare sector. Lamidey Noury, established in 1947 and based near Paris, supplies its innovative medical devices to over 60 countries. The operation was financed through Halma's existing facilities and completed on a cash- and debt-free basis.
