H Beauty Expands to Sixth Location at Silverburn

Henderson Park, an international private equity real estate firm, and Eurofund Group, a leading pan-European real estate investment company, have facilitated the opening of H beauty, a Harrods-owned brand, at the Silverburn location in Glasgow. This marks the sixth H beauty store, which has occupied 22,500 sq ft of a repurposed former Debenhams unit, showcasing a proactive asset management strategy by the joint venture. Silverburn's recent growth in footfall and consumer spending has boosted retailer confidence, and the addition of H beauty fortifies its position as a prime retail destination. Over the past two years, more than 56 deals have been secured at Silverburn under the joint ownership, reflecting its ongoing evolution with enhanced tenant offerings.
