Abac Capital, through its Abac SV Fund II and Abac S Value II, has acquired a majority stake in Grupo Recalvi, a leading automotive parts distribution company based in Vigo, Spain. This strategic acquisition, overseen by Solventis, aims to consolidate Recalvi's position as the market leader in Spain and expedite its growth via further acquisitions within the sector. Grupo Recalvi currently operates 80 outlets nationwide, employs over 600 staff, and has a turnover exceeding €235 million. With Abac Capital's backing, the group intends to leverage Abac's extensive industry expertise in logistics and management to embark on an ambitious expansion plan.
