Despite this majority acquisition, Dario Perioli will maintain its own identity and operational independence, led by CEO Michele Giromini, who retains a 30% stake through his company Fingiro. This transaction concludes months of negotiations with the exiting shareholders, Sar.Fin, Finanziaria GB, and Fingiro. Legal support for the transaction was provided by SCPT Studio Legale, Forvis Mazars, and Studio D'Oca for Grendi, while sellers were advised by Gianni & Origoni, Deloitte, and Elimat. The notarial services were conducted by Riccardo Dogliotti in Genoa.
