Greenvolt Executes Sale of Sompolno Hybrid Project to Energa Wytwarzanie

Greenvolt Group has successfully completed the sale of VRW 11, the entity that owns the Sompolno hybrid park, to Energa Wytwarzanie. The Sompolno hybrid project encompasses both wind and photovoltaic farms, as well as a planned 3-megawatt energy storage facility, amounting to a combined capacity of approximately 39 megawatts. WKB advised Greenvolt on this transaction, with CEE Legal Matters reporting the sale on August 3, 2023. The advisory team from WKB featured Partners Grzegorz Godlewski and Malgorzata Studniarek, with support from Associate Mateusz Malinowski. On the buyer's side, legal advice for Energa Wytwarzanie was provided by Bird & Bird, whose team was led by Partner Rafal Dziedzic, supported by Senior Associates Mariya Borsuk, Sara Radzicka-Tolwaj, and Wojciech Korga, as well as Associate Justyna Swinka and Junior Associate Stanislaw Sodolski.
