GreenChem, a member of the Hartenberg Group, has acquired Adeco Blue, a Serbian company specializing in motor and industrial oils, along with its AdBlue product distribution portfolio. NKO Partners advised GreenChem on the transaction, while Natalija Basic served as legal counsel for the sellers. Adeco Blue, based in Novi Sad, will be fully integrated into GreenChem's operations, enhancing its capabilities in manufacturing and distributing AdBlue products used in the automotive sector for catalytic applications. NKO Partners' advisory team included Partner Djordje Nikolic and Senior Associates Vojin Babovic and Benjamin Graca.
