The acquisition, still pending approval from the Bank of Italy and other authorities, is the result of a competitive process conducted by De Agostini. This transaction will enable Green Arrow Capital to enhance its growth trajectory, consolidating its position within the alternative investment sector and creating a combined entity overseeing over €6 billion in assets across 32 funds and 7 client solutions, managed by a team of 167 professionals. The acquisition will also strengthen Green Arrow's presence in Spain and bolster its appeal to both domestic and international institutional investors. The merged entity aims to excel in various investment strategies, including venture capital, private credit, and real estate, providing a critical scale to attract institutional capital globally.
