Gimv, an investment company, announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Groupe Tibbloc, a leading provider in the rental of temporary energy solutions, including heating, cooling, and other related services. The transaction, alongside the company’s founders and management team, aims to boost Tibbloc's growth in France and expand its international reach. Founded in 2007 near Nantes, France, Tibbloc has solidified its stance in the market through its varied offerings and technical expertise across multiple energy rental domains. Under the leadership of CEO Eric Merilhou and COO Yann Dauce, and previously supported by Ciclad since 2020, Tibbloc generated over €40 million in sales, employing 120 people. Gimv's investment aligns with Tibbloc's ambition to expand its services and market presence. Noted for its comprehensive range of services and successful innovation track record, Tibbloc is positioned as a key player in the temporary energy market.
