Blinqx, a cloud software solutions provider, has announced its acquisition of a stake in GeoDynamics, a Belgian software firm known for its HR, planning, and financial management applications. This deal is facilitated by the sale from IK Small Cap II Fund managed by European PE firm IK Partners. Although financial terms are undisclosed, the transaction supports Blinqx's expansion in SaaS solutions for HR and finance managers, aligning with both companies' growth plans in the Benelux. GeoDynamics, founded in 2004 in Belgium, provides SaaS services in the Construction and Service sectors. Under the leadership of co-founders Stijn Stragier and Peter Vermeesch, GeoDynamics has consistently grown, particularly during the partnership with IK Partners since 2020. The deal is pending Belgian authority approval, and upon completion, GeoDynamics will operate independently under Blinqx with Stragier and Vermeesch as co-shareholders.
