Generali Investments CEE Acquires Logistics Park in Poland

Generali Investments CEE has successfully acquired a logistics park located in Zabrze, Poland, from the renowned real estate developer Panattoni. The strategic acquisition was facilitated with advisory services from Greenberg Traurig for Generali and Deloitte Legal for Panattoni. The logistics park, situated within the Katowice special economic zone, spans 45,000 square meters and is predominantly occupied by a major European medical equipment supplier. This acquisition aligns with Generali's strategy to expand its investment portfolio in the logistics sector.
