Galya Gugusheva, a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in criminal law, has joined Gugushev & Partners as a Senior Partner. Gugusheva's career trajectory includes significant roles at various prosecutorial offices in Bulgaria. Notably, she served as Prosecutor at the Supreme Cassation Prosecution from 2017 until 2024. Her previous roles encompassed Deputy Appellate Prosecutor at the Appellate Specialized Prosecutor's Office in Sofia, Prosecutor at the District Prosecutor's Office in Sofia, and various prosecutorial positions in Kazanlak.
